 | 25th Dec 2008 | There are no trains today
There are no trains today but that doesn't stop public transport serving my local area. Keighley is lucky in that the local Keighley Bus Museum provides a number of bus services that serve most parts of Keighley including the 19 that serves Airedale Hospital and Oxenhope. Here are a few pictures of the first service (11am out of Keighley) as it approaches Airedale Hospital. It is a London Routemaster.

 | 2nd Sep 2008 | Leeds and Doncaster
Sunshine, nothing to do. What was going on? This was not my summer. It was supposed to be rain and lot of depressing work. Oh well, a quick trip to Leeds and Donny with my camera to get me back into things. I really do need more practice but Leeds is suffering with new construction casting long shadows over the through lines to the east of the station and I just couldn't stop people talking at Doncaster.
Services to Hull were affected by the failure of the swing bridge at Goole and were taking the Selby route
